APP Module Introduction​

In AI Studio, APP (Application) is a collection of intelligent tools designed for business users, helping users quickly leverage AI capabilities without complex configurations.
Currently, the platform comes with two highly practical AI applications: Deep Research (Intelligent Research Assistant) and AI Translation (Intelligent Translation Assistant).
These two APPs cover common business needs from information research to document translation, truly integrating AI into daily work.

Deep Research — Intelligent Research Assistant​

Function Positioning: A complete research solution from questions to insights.

Main Functions:
Deep Research is an intelligent assistant that helps users conduct in-depth information research and data organization.
You only need to enter a topic or question you want to research, and the system will automatically retrieve relevant information, analyze the content, and generate a structured insight report.

How to Use:

  1. Open the application
    • Method 1: Click "Deep Research" below the input box on the Home page;
    • Method 2: On the APP page of AI Studio, click "Deep Research" to open the application.

  1. Enter the topic or question you want to know about in the input box, for example:
    “Comparative Study of Water Consumption in Poultry and Livestock Production”;

  2. The system will automatically analyze, including:

    • Background information and current research status;
    • Core conclusions and key comparison points;
    • Possible industry trends and extended directions.

Applicable Scenarios:

  • Market, brand, or strategy departments conducting industry research or competitor analysis;
  • Sales personnel preparing client reports, proposals, or meeting materials;
  • R&D and management personnel conducting technology trend research and data insight analysis.

Advantages:

  • Automated research process: Saves a lot of time on data collection and reading;
  • Structured output: Content is clear and logical, easy to reference or report directly;
  • Professional tone: The result language is natural and fluent, suitable for internal sharing or reporting.

AI Translation — Intelligent Translation Assistant​

💡 Tip: This feature is only supported in V4.1 and above

Function Positioning: A professional and efficient multilingual document translation tool.

Main Functions:
AI Translation helps users quickly complete cross-language document translation and supports terminology application to ensure more accurate translation in professional fields.

How to Use:

  1. On the APP page of AI Studio, find and open "AI Translation";
  2. Select the target language (such as Chinese, English, French, etc.);
  3. Select or upload a terminology glossary as needed:
    • Different industries (such as medical, manufacturing, finance, etc.) have specific professional terms;
    • Selecting the corresponding glossary can significantly improve translation accuracy and consistency.
  4. Upload the document to be translated;
    • Currently, only PDF format documents are supported. PDF scans and encrypted documents are not supported for translation;
    • Up to 100 files can be uploaded at the same time;
    • The maximum file size is 50MB per file;
    • Currently, image content cannot be translated;
    • The system will process one file at a time to ensure translation quality.
    • To ensure the consistency of the translated structure with the original, the translation (such as English translation) may have some paragraphs with automatically adapted font sizes or overlapping overflow.
  5. After translation is complete, the page will display a side-by-side view of the original and translated text for users to intuitively check the translation results;
  6. Users can choose to:
    • Download the translation result locally for saving;
    • Or upload directly to the knowledge base for team sharing and subsequent AI usage.

Applicable Scenarios:

  • International business communication: Quickly translate quotations, contracts, emails, or client documents;
  • Marketing and content teams: Batch translation of multilingual marketing materials and localized promotional copy;
  • Internal knowledge sharing: Uniformly translate foreign language documents and include them in knowledge base management.

Advantages:

  • Professional and accurate: Combined with terminology glossaries to ensure translations meet industry standards;
  • Visual comparison: The original and translated texts are clear at a glance, making manual review convenient;
  • Knowledge integration: Translated files can be directly stored in the knowledge base to support subsequent AI knowledge Q&A.
