Obtain and Update License
Function Description
The operation of the SERVICEME platform and the use of model functions rely on a valid License authorization file.
The License file contains key information such as platform usage scope, enabled modules, validity period, and authorized user count.
To ensure stable system operation and compliant usage, platform administrators need to regularly check the License status and update it in a timely manner before expiration.

Contact the Business Liaison
- The business responsible person will generate the corresponding License application information based on your deployment plan, usage scope, and user count.
- The following information is required for the application:
- Company name / Tenant ID
- Deployment environment (DEV / UAT / PROD)
- Expected modules and model types to be used
- Maximum number of Agents
- Number of authorized users
- Expected validity period

License Approval and Issuance
- The platform support team will generate the official authorization file (
.licformat) based on the application content. - After generation, it will be sent to the applicant through encrypted channels (such as corporate email or internal systems).

Update License
Operating Roles
- System Administrator (Administrator)
Has License management permissions and can perform upload, update, and verification operations.
Update Steps

Log in to the SERVICEME Management Console
- Enter the main system interface, select "Management" > "System Settings" > "License Management".

Upload the New License File
- Click the [Upload License] button and select the latest
.licfile. - The system will automatically verify the file signature and authorization information.
- Click the [Upload License] button and select the latest

Verification and Activation
- After successful upload, the system will automatically display the new authorization information (version number, validity period, authorization scope, etc.).
- Once verified, the License will take effect immediately without needing to restart the service.

Common Prompts
- If the upload fails, please check the file format or signature validity.
- If the License has expired, please contact the business liaison promptly to apply for renewal.
License Management Recommendations
- It is recommended to check the License expiration status at least 7 days in advance.
- Keep at least one copy of historical authorization files for audit tracing.
- It is not recommended to perform License updates under non-administrator accounts.
- After updating, it is recommended to confirm that the new authorization has been correctly loaded on the "License Management" page.
