Create an Agent via Share Code​

The Share Code Creation feature can be understood as a "quick duplication and distribution mechanism for intelligent Agents." Its core principle is to generate a unique share code for an already well-configured Agent, which serves as the Agent's unique identifier and "configuration snapshot." Other users only need to enter this share code to instantly create a new Agent with identical functionality in their own workspace, without repeating the configuration process. This mechanism not only greatly improves the reusability of Agents but also provides a convenient way for team collaboration, knowledge accumulation, and solution promotion, enabling rapid duplication, sharing, and dissemination of intelligent capabilities.

You can quickly reuse the configuration of an existing intelligent Agent using a share code. Follow the steps below to complete the creation:

1. Obtain the Share Code​

  • Go to the Agent Plaza and find the Agent you want to share;
  • Click the "···" button on the right side of the Agent and select "Share";
  • The system will generate a dedicated share configuration code;
  • Click "Copy Configuration Code" and save the code for later use.

2. Create a New Agent Using the Share Code​

  • Return to the Agent Plaza and click the "Create Agent" button in the upper right corner;
  • Select "Create via Share Code" as the creation method;
  • Paste the configuration code you just copied into the pop-up input box and click "Create".

3. Complete the Agent Configuration​

  • The system will automatically redirect you to the corresponding configuration page (such as the basic configuration page or workflow configuration page) based on the type of the original Agent;
  • You can personalize the configuration based on the original settings, for example:
    • Replace or update knowledge base content;
    • Optimize conversation experience parameters;
    • Modify interface display information, etc.

✅ Agents created via share code will inherit most of the original Agent's configuration, helping you quickly duplicate mature solutions and greatly improve configuration efficiency and ease of promotion.
